A deposit is required to make an appointment because our staff and studio time is reserved for you to provide personalized one-on-one service. This deposit is refunded to you by the following Tuesday of you completing your appointment. This is forfeited and NOT REFUNDABLE in case you do not show up or cancel or reschedule with less than 10 business days' notice (2 calendar weeks).
Re-scheduling: Re-schedules are meant to be used for emergencies because we end up wasting the studio time slot in case of a re-schedule. Effective September 1st, 2021: You are allowed only one (1) re-schedule at no charge. After this, each re-schedule will be subject to a fee of $50. This is deducted from your refundable deposit. If your re-schedule count reaches 3, your appointment is canceled and no refund is due.
In case you are also reserving time for a makeup artist or reserving a dress - that amount is paid directly to the makeup artist and may be forfeited. We have no control over the refund policies of the makeup artist or dress rental as these services are not provided by us.
